Rates: $800 per week (for summer of 2003)
Deposit: 1/2 of Rental Payment
Rent Payment: 1/2 of the rent is payable as a deposit, confirming your reservation. The balance is due to us four weeks before your scheduled arrival.
Cancellation policy: Most summer rental activity takes place in winter and early spring; therefore, we have worked out the following policy:
Cancellations made before May 1 will be entitled to an unconditional refund.
Cancellations made after May 1 will be entitled to a refund only if we can fill the vacancy caused by the cancellation.
Directions: On US 31, in Atwood, turn west onto Rex Beach Road. At dead end, turn left (south) onto Old Dixie Hwy. Go to the first crossroad. On right you will see a large group of mailboxes and a large sign saying "OLD ANTRIM SHORES". Turn right (west) here, then at Antrim Lane, turn left (south). Go past the Bed & Breakfast sign, and look for a grass driveway with the number 9297 on a post on your right. The red brick cottage at the end of this driveway awaits you.

Checkin/checkout: Check in time is 4:30 pm on the Saturday you arrive. Checkout is at 10:30 am on the Saturday of your departure. This allows us time to do cleaning for incoming guests.

What to Bring: Your own linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels and dishtowels)
